These terms of use cover all visitors and members who use the Nova platform (web and mobile). By creating an account or placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
1. Account & Membership
- You must be over 18. Minors can shop with parental consent.
- You are responsible for the security of your account details. Do not share your password with anyone.
- Opening multiple accounts is prohibited; accounts containing false information are closed.
2. Orders & Payment
- All prices are in USD, taxes included.
- Stock and price changes may be made without notice until the order is completed.
- An order is not processed until the payment is confirmed.
3. Delivery & Returns
- Delivery times are estimates; they may be delayed in cases of force majeure.
- 14-day no-questions-asked return right; hygiene products and made-to-order products are excluded from returns.
- Return shipping is covered by Nova.
4. Prohibited Use
- Using automated bots, scrapers or malicious software on the platform is prohibited.
- Impersonating another person, fraud or deception is prohibited.
- Sharing content that infringes copyright, trademarks or intellectual property is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nova does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. It cannot be held liable for force majeure, third-party faults or damages caused by the user.
