Get a Shipping Code
Your free return shipping code is sent to your e-mail.

Send the Product
Hand the product over to a partner carrier branch.

Return Approval
Once the product reaches us your payment is refunded.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in a resalable condition.
- The original packaging, labels and accessories must be complete.
- It must be sent together with the invoice or order information.
Refund Time
Once the product reaches us it is inspected and within 1-3 business days your payment is refunded to the method you used.
