This Distance Sales Agreement is drawn up in accordance with the applicable consumer protection law and distance contracts regulations. The following terms apply to orders you place through Nova.
1. Parties and Subject
The agreement covers the rights and obligations between the seller (Nova) and the buyer (the customer) regarding the sale and delivery of the product that the customer orders electronically.
2. Order and Payment
- An order becomes final once the payment is confirmed.
- Prices are the amounts valid at the time of the order.
- Payment can be made by credit card and debit card.
3. Delivery
Products are shipped within 1-5 business days depending on stock. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date they receive the product without giving any reason. For the right of withdrawal to be exercised the product must be unused and in a resalable condition required.
5. Dispute Resolution
